Our teams consist of TML, TSG, ADT, SET and IIT(refer teams). You can also keep track of your team meetings using the Google calendar on the team meetings page. Each team has its own action items according to problem resolution plan basis. Organizing your action items is simple and can be accomplished by utilizing the action items page. If you need something heard by the whole team or would like to open the floor for an active discussion regarding your team you can use the discussion page. Thanks for using Cachen.com

Team Meetings
Team meetings should not take longer than 30 minutes following Agile pattern. After the meeting, product and sprint backlog must be provided to TML as the result.
Discussion
There is no limitation of discussion time among team members.
Collaboration discussion cannot be held more than 2 teams at the same time.
Action Item
Each action item should be approved by TML table.
Action item is monitored and managed in a way of rapid development phase, which is expected to be completed in less than 1 week. If it consumes more than 1 week, it will give penalty scores.
